4 Ways to Color a Bikini

Summer is just around the corner, and what better way to get into the sunny mood than by styling up our favorite beachwear? Today, we are super excited to share 4 creative ways to color a bikini, featuring some absolutely adorable illustrations from Daisy Pop. Let’s grab our coloring tools and dive right into these fabulous styles!

4 Ways to Color Bikini Illustration Overview

Style 1: Retro Charm – Sea Glass Blue Color with White Polka Dots

Nothing says “classic beach babe” quite like polka dots! For this first style, we are going for a timeless vintage look.

How to achieve it: Color the main body of the bikini with BG12, then add the shading with BG215 and a highlight blender. Finish with a tiny flower pattern like polka dots using a white acrylic marker.

Style 2: Sweet & Playful – Blue Gingham with Cherry Accents

Add shading using RV09 and create the logo with a blue acrylic marker pen. To finish, add outlines (pink acrylic marker color), soft highlights, and lace details with an acrylic pen.

Style 4: Fierce & Fashionable – Wild Leopard Print

For the ultimate fashionistas who love to stand out in the crowd, let’s unleash your inner wild side with an exotic animal print!

How to achieve it: Use V14 as the base layer for the bikini fabric. Add soft leopard spots with V09. Finish the leopard patterns and add shading with V214. Lastly, add outlines and chain details with a purple acrylic marker pen.

I. CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE

1. What is the difference between Physical Books and Digital Files?
  • Physical Books (Amazon): These are professionally printed books delivered to your doorstep. You get a real book with a soft matte cover that you can hold and color.
  • Digital Files (Etsy): These are high-quality PDF files that you download instantly. You can print them at home or color them on your tablet (iPad/Procreate).
2. I accidentally bought a Digital File thinking it was a Physical Book. Can I get a refund?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds for digital purchases. Please double-check your cart to ensure the item title says “Digital Download” or “Physical Book” before checking out.

II. PHYSICAL BOOKS

3. Where is my book? How do I track my order?

Since our books are printed and shipped by Amazon, you can track your package directly through your Amazon account under “Returns & Orders.” We does not have access to your shipping details.

4. What should I do if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?

Don’t worry! Amazon is responsible for the quality of the print and delivery. Please contact Amazon Customer Service through their app or website. They are usually very quick to send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. What is the paper like? Can I use markers?
  • The paper is standard white (90 GSM), which is great for colored pencils, crayons, and gel pens.
  • For Marker Lovers: Our designs are single-sided to help with bleed-through, but markers may still leak through the paper. We strongly recommend placing a thick piece of cardstock or a few sheets of plain paper behind the page you are coloring.

III. DIGITAL FILES

6. How do I download my files?

After payment, Etsy will send a link to your email. You can also go to Etsy.com > Your Account > Purchases and Reviews to download them.

Note: The Etsy mobile app currently doesn’t support downloads. Please use a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

7. How many times can I print my digital pages?

You can print them as many times as you like! This is perfect if you want to try different color schemes or if you make a mistake. However, please remember these are for personal use only and cannot be resold or shared.

8. Can I use these for digital coloring (Procreate/iPad)?

Yes! Simply import the PDF or convert it to a PNG/JPEG to start coloring in Procreate, GoodNotes, or any digital app. Our “Bold & Easy” lines make digital “filling” very smooth and satisfying.

IV. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

9. What is your return policy?
  • Physical Books: Follows Amazon’s 30-day return policy.
  • Digital Files: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
10. I’m having trouble opening my digital file. What should I do?

Please send us a message on Etsy or email us! We are here to help and can resend the files to you directly if there is a technical glitch.

V. USAGE & COPYRIGHT

11. Can I share my finished artwork on social media?

We would love to see your creations! Please tag us @YourColorBook. Seeing your colorful world is the best part of our day!

12. Can I use your designs for my business or resell them?

No. All Your Color Book designs are protected by copyright and are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell the files, the printed pages, or use the designs for any commercial purposes.
